Authentic Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Basmati Rice
- 500g Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
- Spices (cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves)
- Yogurt, coriander, and mint leaves
- Saffron (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 30 minutes.
- Fry onions until golden and set them aside.
- Cook chicken with spices, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Add yogurt to tenderize the chicken.
- Layer the rice and chicken mixture, cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fried onions, coriander, and mint leaves. Serve hot!
